BSC carried out full structural & below ground drainage design for this award winning 5-storey office development.
The piled structure included concrete and metal deck slabs acting compositely with steel beams, with two reinforced shear cores ensuring stability to the steel frame which had piled foundations.
This congested site demanded good communication of construction methods & potential risks.
