Beaumont Structural Consultants were the lead consultants on this project, we were also appointed by our client to assume the role of contract administrator.
The existing flats were refurbished with new roof coverings, double glazed windows and an insulated over cladding system.
We also designed a new car parking area and external work scheme, including the site drainage.
