Beaumont Structural Consultants were the lead consultants on this project.

The project consisted of refurbishing an existing property, altering existing layouts, adding an extension and adding another storey over. 

The house was cut into a hillside and the existing foundations were suspended beams and slab onto piles. Careful consideration of additional loads and new load paths were required with assessment that existing elements could support the additional loads.
