Les Galots, St Ouen

A sensitive refurbishment of a severely dilapidated granite barn, including extensive remedial works and an extension to form a dwelling.

Works involved significant changes to the existing building including the removal of load-bearing walls, a new roof structure and relocating the staircase.

Beaumont Structural Consultants completed the design and detailing of the new foundations for the two storey extension and the design and detail for the foul and storm water drainage.
