  Clos de Gabourellerie

  This project consisted of the demolition of agricultural sheds and replacing them with four dwellings.

  Le Squez Housing Estate

  The Le Squez Housing development was a scheme to demolish a dilapidated housing estate and provide social housing for the States of Jersey Department.

  Magnolia Apartments, Millbrook

  Beaumont Structural Consultants provided full structural design and below ground drainage design for the southern block at the Magnolia Apartments.

  The Anchorage

  This project consisted of the structural design of two four storey apartment blocks situated in St. Martin overlooking Gorey Harbour and the Royal Bay Grouville.

  Peverell

  BSC were lead consultants on this project and were involved in the design and detail of the structure.

  Ivy Still Cottage, St Saviour

  Beaumont Structural Consultants performed full structural design and below ground drainage design on this prestigious project.

  Le Champ Pres De L'Eglise

  Our involvement for this project consisted of the full structural design of the housing estate of 1st time buyer and socially rented homes.

  Clos de la Gare, St Brelade

  This quality development consisted of 16 houses with a mixture of render and cladding finishes, with timber balconies.

• 

  Hameau De La Mer

  This mixed use development on St. Clement's Coast Road was for GR Langlois comprising of 19 timber-frame cottages and 29 apartments over 3 blocks. A proportion of the properties were for the parish to rent to parishioners with the remainder for sale on the open market.

  Eden House

  This project included the refurbishment and extension of the existing dwelling to create a circa 16,000ft2 dwelling. BSC provided full structural services including below ground drainage with BSC’s services based upon ACE Agreements 1 and 9. BSC’s involvement extended over RIBA stages 3-6.
