Hameau De La Mer

This mixed use development on St. Clement's Coast Road was for GR Langlois comprising of 19 timber-frame cottages and 29 apartments over 3 blocks. A proportion of the properties were for the parish to rent to parishioners with the remainder for sale on the open market.

The apartment blocks were of load bearing masonry construction with concrete floors and trussed roofs. Foundations were generally rafts with piled foundations in the locations of previous storage reservoirs.

Landscaping included permeable paving, carports, amenity space and a wildlife pond.
