Le Champ Pres De L'Eglise

This project is situated in the heart of St. Brelade. It consisted of twenty six new properties including granite style cottages and traditional rendered houses that face onto a communal green.

Our involvement for this project consisted of the full structural design of the housing estate of 1st time buyer and socially rented homes.

The properties were timber frame construction with block and beam ground floor construction.
