The Anchorage

This project consisted of the structural design of two four storey apartment blocks situated in St. Martin overlooking Gorey Harbour and the Royal Bay Grouville.

A steep rock slope was present at the rear of this site. This involved the design of a contiguous piled wall to retain the slope.

The project then included the design and detailing of the apartments, consisting of an R.C. frame structure and metal decking suspended slabs.
